when i press the play button to view photos camera powers onto splash screen then looses power same when camera is powered on i would like to try a hard reset if someone knows how to do it resetting to fastory settings throught the menu dont work or if anyone knows a better soulition

would like to say thanks in advance iv taken about 4000 pic with this camera and now have this prolbem
