I was looking through the Wedding Photos posted on this site and came across the following: (aprox page 95 posted by John Caputo)

I love this effect. I have been searching for tutorials on this under searches for Andy Warhol, Vargus Girls, cartoons, caricatures etc. and have found little of value.

Is there anyone that can direct me toward tutorials on this as I would love to be able to reproduce this effect on some of my photos.

If it's not your image, you should link to it…

It's (very much) post processing. Some kind of tonemapping probably.

Moving this thread to Raw, PP & printing. You'll probably get more responses there ;)
