I like it. You should try to get the horizon level though.

Is the horizon not level or does the building height create an illusion?

The buildings lean slightly to the left. You can't judge a level horizon by looking at a shoreline that may be receding at an angle. The only true indicater of a level horizon would be an ocean view unaffected by wave action.
