Old fire truck HDR image

Not a big "expert" in an HDR photography, but I wanted to give it a try... This shot is a composite of three shots, 2-stops apart.

Most of us would kill to find a treasure like that in the field.
Very nice framing, shooting angle and process - can't see any ghosting in the grass (after 3 stops!!).
I would straighten it (see horizon on left) and tone down the saturation, increase local contrast and sharpen:

I agree with Spike that you have a great subject there. It's too bad there are halos around the cab.

Heck, I'd probably go a bit crazy with the image and do an edit something like this:

Spike44: I guess I was focused on the subject itself that I never really noticed an uneven horizon. Also, there are a lot of lines in the frame, so that didn't help either. Thanks for the re-edit, it definitely looks good on my monitor.

Gene: I like your edit as well, but it is slightly "overbaked" for my taste. I still think the effect is neat and will keep this as an alternative edit for my future HDR practice.

That's actually over the top for my taste as well. I posted that for someone who thinks my images are 'radioactive'.

Since there is haloing around the cab, I thought I'd try to just go ahead and blow out most of the clouds. I hope it's obvious that I would edit differently if I had the original files to start with.
