shots aren't bad... but looks like you relied on shallow DOF a bit too much to 'make' the image for you.

all of them are very centered as well.

i would look up the rule of thirds and work on composition a little bit more.

Look up the rule of thirds? Ha. Who says every shot has to be the rule of thirds? Photography is too subjective. I clearly know what the rule of thirds is, however, I didn't want to shoot that way. I looked through your Flickr and you have a ton of images centered... Strange... shoulda used rule of thirds.

Rule of thirds - no. Too much headroom - yes.

I like #2, though for the latter ones I probably wouldn't have thrown the camera in (it seems like he doens't know what to do with it).

This. Tighter crops would definitely give these images more impact.

Also, is that red spot on #1 cause by the lens or what? Not noticing it on any of the other shots.

It was a light leak, these were shot using film.

I have a Cannon with me at all times. You can't take the shot if you don't have something with which to shoot.

We now resume our regularly scheduled program.

As you will notice the thread is quite a bit shorter. You may discuss the images but you may neither discuss the model nor each other.
