Let me restate, when I say job I don't mean I was getting paid for this, it's just a personal project I am editing. A friend was gracious enough to pose for me again and I'm trying to sharpen my skills in PS. Constructive Critique is welcomed please.

Canon cameras have a red tinge to them.....

You did a very good job I think....well done....a little bit more light on her right eye would have been nice.....and just get rid of the red colour cast and your sweet!
