Continuing with a set of ideas I have for some themed shots outside the box, another good mate proved what a hard man he was by turning his face to stone and rockin' on!

Again with the home-made lighting and the 580EXII double-diffused through a shoot-through umbrella and a 43" diffuser.

First one I would crop a little of the bottom looks weighted.
Second one the vertical crop doesn't lead me to focus on the face
3 4 look great
And 5, last one is my favorite. Very dynamic picture.

Awesome, your friend has guts, I can't imagine having that much dirt that near my eyes and being able to leave it there.
