I am travling to florida with family tomorrow and need a backpack to carry my gear. I currently use a thinktank holdster thing with a belt and another lense case for my 70-200f2.8is Which is recomended? I know that is a loaded question. Here is gear

Canon 50D gripped
tamron 17-50 mm
canon 28-135
canon 580 exII
can tc1.4 extender
gitzo carbon fibre tripod

If possible, would love to have a laptop to fit inside! 15" hp wide screen laptop i belive it is.

We also do a lot of hiking with the family, so this is going to be used on hikes when we camp. I would like something sturdy, secure, easy to carry and get gear in and out of.

The Lowepro Flipside 400W does not have a slot for a computer.
The Lowepro Pro Runner 350 AW backpack does have a dedicated slot.
