I did a tour of an Amish house, they had a mixer, that they adapted from electrical to compressed air. air pipes ran from compressor out in barn to house. Depends on the Amish group. Some in KS allow tractors. Some allow cars. Some allow cell phones (as long as they are kept in the barn). Some are very traditional (In PA, etc). Despite the high cost of living, it remains popular.
