my take on the 16/6/11 eclipse

Wanted to capture it over my city, Brisbane. But at this scale, it got a bit lost in the bright lights and busy foreground. To make it kinda stand out a bit...

Just had the camera on a tripod and took a shot every 5 mins for an hour or so; placed each shot in a different layer in photoshop; then used layer masks to add the moons from the different shots; then created a grayscale version and layer masks again to bring the colour moons back in.
