that Basilisk came out very well indeed, The scrub python is nice its a shame you couldnt capture the Iridescence but that is very hard to do behind glass like that

I was searching through some of my old threads and noticed that several required a bit of a response on my part......

The reptile photos in this thread were shot with a 20D and 100mm macro. All of these are shot through glass with the slowest shutter speed I could manage. The trick that I have learned is to press the edge of the lens, preferably the filter ring, against the glass to eliminate all of the reflections.
