The mother is in love with all of the pictures. That's all that really matters - But, Please post your thoughts. :) That's why I came here.

Nice.. I love the first one. I also like the 2nd one but wish you could see a little more of the older boy's face. Just my personal preference.

Life is hard...but I just take it one photograph at a time.

I like them both too. Good work.

One question for you though, is the second picture a blend? The hair line on the front boy looks like it's been masked where he's in front of the baby. Or am I just imagining that?

Jon.

interesting shots.
love the first one, though i think id rather see his hands outside of his overalls :o . the second one is neat , definitely avant garde. good use of creativity since the little guy was sleeping. hard to get a real pose out of him.

care to share your lighting?

How did you get the background to look like that? is it a backdrop that rolls onto the floor or is it 2 seperate pieces? it give sthe shots a great look.

well done.

Nope its just one shot... the forground boy was moving his head just a bit on top of me focusing on the baby and having his head a bit out of focus gives it that look.

care to share your lighting?
Hmm... well I had a 3 light set up. 1 light for the backdrop the part that is hanging, 1 light for the backdrop at the base and floor, 1 and one for the subjects. I failed lighting in film school. I light with my gut. I start putting up lights and moving them around till I feel good.

Yes its a backdrop that rolls onto the floor it's also paper here's a

>Thanks I'm going to post another one in a bit. With the older one supporting the younger one's head. It's imo the best shot from the shoot. just need to get it under 100k to up load it here. :)<
