Hi, I'm heading to the Nambour (QLD AUSTRLIA) show this afternoon, I would like mainly to gwet photos of my three children and the sights they see.
Now My understanding is that if you are in public, I as a photographer have a right to shoot you as long as you don't specifically ask me not to ( I would respect that)
I THink its a great oppertunity to get some kids screaming on rollercoasters, fairyfloss eating teens and kids loaded with show bags...also my twins will be seeing a cow getting milked for the first time, in a dark old barn, I will ovbviously ask permission before squatting at the cows udder and aiming, but any points on legalities? I don't want to sell the images, I'm not at that stage, but may share on here and fb.
Heading there this arvo, so ANY advice would be great!
Just taking my 50D and nifty fifty, will just use pop up flash
:o
