Hi,
Just wondering if anyone here had used the Arca Swiss P0 ball head and has any comments... I am considering purchasing one as it is much smaller than my current B1 which is overkill for what I am doing.
Is it sturdy enough for a 5D and a 80-200 2.8 or a Hassi 500cm?

I was wondering if there is a way to make
My Really Right Stuff L brackets work with this head....

Thanks

My first post on this forum, hopefully a useful one...
The P0 is the best ballhead I ever had. I takes a 5DMkII with a 70-200 L II easily. Handling is perfect, top panning for free, great for panos.
Make sure the clamp can take your L bracket, there are different types of "AS-compatible" plates. If in doubt, buy it without a clamp and attach what you have now. You can always ask RSS...
I love the new clamps from AS, mine has the fliplock for both old and new plates.
The craftmanship on this head leaves everything I ever used in the dust. Really.
Ludwig

How does the AS L bracket work? Looks like a one size fits all type... am I wrong? I like the RRS L brackets as one just needs to flip from H to V and can do so without moving the head. AS work the same way?

Yes, since this is the purpose of any L bracket. There is a video on youtube for the AS bracket...
