The biggest man that ever lived. Original member of the E Street Band, Clarence Clemons, died today after complications with a stroke suffered six days ago.

He will be missed. What an influence on music, a career with Bruce Springsteen spanning 40+ years, not to mention countless studio recordings with tons of famous musicians that you may or may not have heard of. I can't imagine that Bruce will be touring without Clarence, at least with the E Street Band, after losing both Danny and Clarence...he was just too big a part of it. It would be like Calvin without Hobbes.

You might know him from...

This is a shocker...He was on AM1310 "The Ticket" very recently (I think less than a week before the stroke). They replayed his final radio interview again this morning. Wow. Life feels all the more fragile at this moment.
