Nope. I buy cameras to take pictures. I think buying stuff so you can "join something" reveals far more than you intend. Asking others if they do that, also reveals more than you intend. :rolleyes:

No, never did that. But the 5D and 135L threads were so good they convinced me it was time to get both.

Is it though - don't you think there are those, probably with little actual knowledge of photography, who get themselves lulled into buying a 7D for instance simply because they think it's the camera to have?
