If I remember correctly, this is the worlds largest Bronze casting. It's freaking huge. Oh, & it was only Germany that gave the Swastika its bad rep.

Skipper Willem Bontekoe's journal of that voyage describes a disaster. One of the ships sank, supplies ran low and the crew seriously considered cannibalism - and those cabin boys were on the menu! Fortunately they discovered the island of Sumatra the next day and the cabin boys were spared. It's quite a tale, but I wonder how true it was.
