This slightly larger than life size bronze statue stands looking out to sea, leaning on his railing just above the harbour at Port William, Dunfrees and Galloway, Scotland.

This guy was just outside Old Town Tallinn in Estonia. I don't know who is being depicted. Any Estonians that can help identify?
