You can eliminate it by keeping the barrel of the lens parallel with the ground when you shoot, but I think city scapes look a tad dull with everything vertically parallel. IF I were to quibble, I'd say you turned up the blue saturation a tad high in the sky and it has become a little unnatural looking, at least IMO on my monitor... Zacholy, quite charming!
