i like this you did a great job putting this together...

thanks i do this every year.. spring and fall.. this was fall (just started in spring so this was my second time doing this.. however im going to teach my 11yr old how to use my camera so i can get more action shots..)

im an IT guy but not a designer... so i like photoshop templates.. they make life easier..

i have...
http://easydigitals.com …ckets-photoshop-elements/ (external link)
http://easydigitals.com/pro-poster-quick-kit-vol-1/ (external link)
http://easydigitals.com …er-photoshop-or-elements/ (external link)
http://easydigitals.com …lements-digital-template/ (external link)

plus their freebies...

nice thing with these templates and any other.. is you can also drag and drop layers between projects.. so i can add an item i like from one to another... so it makes a ton of choices... plus you can modify the existing templates.. as you see the team roster is a 15 or 16 pic poster....

with them.. the more you buy the more you save.... when they have their sale.... i think i got all that above for $75...

nice pack of pictures there Tele, my only comment is to ask if you had thought about using a flash for those photos outdoors to keep the shadows down behind the kids against that mesh? the shadows that are created there are a little distracting as it makes the mesh disppear.

i concur... our game plan was as follows:

12:45pm - pizza party and trophies
1:15pm - 30 minute game (usually is 1-1.5hrs)

pictures are something i decided to do on the fly.. and u know looking at the lcd screen it is what it is... the parents love them.. they dont get the shadow part... i totally know where your coming from....

im going to actually take a pic of the net next year.. with 0 shadows and no sun and nothing else.. and next time do a backdrop so i can just put the kids in the pic ;)

Just discovered that my cheap Yongnuo Flash actually does fire as a slave when controlled by the pop up flash. I envisage a lot of experimenting with it, stuffing the flash down a girls shirt springs to mind, that sort of thing.

Just did a week at Disney. Shot close to 875 images much to the dismay of my daughter. Here's a couple of B & W images. After I get done sorting and processing I'll post more.

@peter -- Why do you strip all of the exif data only leaving your copyright? Your xmas light pictures would be nice to have seen what you shot at.

Yep Rayne, the 460, it was all I could afford at the time and needed it for a gig I was photographing, the pop up flash is really no good for that.

I was hoping I could use it as a slave, which I can so now I may buy another one in the near future and another slightly better one to use as the master ..... maybe, but I do like the idea of dialing down my pop up flash so it is unobtrusive, maybe even covering it with some plastic and see if it still fires the flash. I think some subways in the dark will have to be visited, in the company of a beautiful semi dressed young girl.
I have the flash, I know the girl I want to work with, now I just need to find the subway!!!

Just tried covering my pop up flash with my hand so it doesn't emit any light, and the Yongnuo still fires, so that has really got my creative juices flowing!!!!
