Luckily it came with a Heliopan UV hard coated filter, so no need to buy one!

Peter, I project the 100-400mm to come down in price as more used ones become availabe when the new version comes out so you will find better deals in the future. You take great shots with what you have so keep it up.

Thanks I appreciate it. Right now in amazon is about 1449.00 but I don't getting from Craigslist if it is in good condition plus the accessories. I can't wait to have it I am hoping miracles happens in Christmas day. Lol.

I've spent a lot of time in central Illinois for work, can't say I recal seeing views like this, of course I'm always having to travel there in February! Like I've said before, awesme work, are you sure you are not a professional passing himself off as a T2i user????

Peter, Nice HDR. I have been playing with Photomatix for HDR lately--highly recomend it.

I just installed alot of NIK's software plug-in's for CS5 and there products are real neat to use
