Yea something like that, it's called a "noise pipe" its just a pipe that goes to the glovebox from the engine. So you while you drive you hear the grunt of the motor and turbo spool. I have friends who took their's off and now complain their car is too quite lololol.....

Yea, crazy overengineering germans... I like the way it sounds though in my gti (not the same one as the photo I posted) makes the car sound more spirited than it actually is.

I saw someone post about meet ups, is there a section on this forum where we can see if anyone in out area is doing group shooting events? Like I know there was a photo walk a month or two ago in Jersey City.....
