a couple of red squirrel shots from scotland,the first one was taken in some woodland out in the wild and was surprised to see me,the other two although totally wild creatures are known to visit this feeder on an hourly basis

That shot was Taken with the Tamron 17-50 f/2.8 @ f/3.5 TV 1/30sec ISO-3200.

The DOF was done in PSPX4 -- Trying to prove I don't need no stinkin 7000.00 dollar lens.. lol I fail, but had fun trying.

I really like these photos but the colors are just a little too vivid and it's kinda throwing it off. The sharpness alone is really good.

Nope, nothing fancy...90% of my editing is Lightroom 3. I'm not good with photoshop yet. I don't know how to add rays of light. This was just done by waiting for good moments to shoot. I did warm the image up a bit, added contrast, and some basic sharpening.
