Nice Peter, has that 300mm come off since getting it? My 100-400 has snubbed my other lenses for the last few monts.

Thanks I like it stays in t2i most of the time. But sometimes it is hard to find the bif since you will have to be fast acquiring it unlike with the zoom you can find it first with wide 100 than push it all the way to the 400 when acquired but I so far I like it this too. We'll see if I don't it for a few months before I make another decision for keep it or sell it.

Appreciate the Kudos! I'll need to work on a way to slowly make the bokeh more intense the further back you go. Right now, it's just at a setting past the Cats head.

Thanks,

David

Yes I do...love this lens I am still getting used to it, Everyday I feel more comfortable handholding this...I am looking for a nice monopod not until I get use to handholding shot first,

Right way to go - get used to handholding it and it is a pretty light lens anyway.

I went the same monopod route that you are thinking about and did get a good one but it just sits in the car. :)

i bought a monopod and it doesnt get used either... i dont do shots where there is slow speed as I do mostly sports and my lenses have IS.. so no need..
