Hey ive noticed some peeps have "hyperlinks" in their sigs. Ie a website link with just one word like "facebook". Question, how does one do that ?

In message box type the word you want to be hyperlinked.
Holding the left mouse button, highlight it.
Click at Insert Link (picture of the globe with the chain link) and enter the web address of the site you want to be linked to.
The word will turn blue and when you click on it, it'll take you to the site you linked it to.

I.e. My blogspot (external link)
