I have to hand it to B&H

I needed a ND filter for a project tomorrow. Placed the order about noon on Monday and paid the small extra charge for UPS which is always two days. Arrived today around 2:30.

I see a lot of 'gripe' threads about the major stores so thought I'd post a positive note. When I absolutely have to have something B&H is my first pick.

B&H is the only place I shop!

^ Thanks for the review. At least now I have a reason to shop at B&H again. I wish shipping was free with Prime from education. Its not in my case.

B&H is great. Always gets me stuff in one week from New York to Tokyo, Japan.

The complainers usually just like to complain... and look for any reason to do so.

B&H and Adorama (and most other major outfits) will bend over backwards to satisfy a customer's needs. I have never been let down with either of them.

I think most of the time people expect faster delivery than what's written on the order and when that doesn't happen they start a $%#@ thread on POTN.

I like the ones that choose the free shipping and then piss and moan about the amount of time it takes to receive it.

Some items I've ordered from Amazon, there's this option for local delivery. I order by 8AM and it's here between 2-3PM, same day!

Not all items have that option though.

Just ordered a Rebel T1i kit from B&H for my Boss.

Placed the order Wednesday at 3:00pm.

Had the order Thursday at 9:00am !!

I had nothing but great experiences with B&H , i usually receive my orders in less than 1 week (From NY to Montreal) , the only time i faced a web problem , Henry Posner was more than helpful and fixed it very shortly . Long story Short ! B&H rocks
