help with spyder3 pro version 4

I am getting an error message, Sanity check ut failed 61.5,127.5,118
I have rebooted, tried it with ambiant light on and off, native and LCD monitor choice, brightness set to default, 20,25,30 and 50. I did get another error message one time "sorry there was a problem calculating the correction curve for the display"
using windows 7 64 bit. nay sugestions?

You probably need to check with Datacolor. I'm using the new version also on Windows 7 without any problems.

Thanks for the replies. the spyder is the one driving me insane. I have had several e-mails with datacolor and they upgraded my version from 3 to 4, when it checks white point I get the error message. i will keep trying with them just thought someone else my have had the same problem

ive been using it for about a year with no problems, but i got this same error messege yesterday, just kept retrying and after about 10 attempts the calibration finally finished but still dont know why it was happening.
