I'm all new here so bare with me if I ask questions that have already been posted - I couldn't find it by searching for it at least.
I have the flash Marumi D35AFC and it's been (sporadically) working fine with my EOS 350D. But now I've upgraded to 5D mk II and there seems to be something wrong with the flash - and I'm not sure whether it's because it's broken in some way, or beacuase it simply doesn't work with the 5D. When I put it in, everything looks fine and the flash starts loading (you know the very high pitched beeping sound). The ETTL-light is on and the light with the flash symbol too, but then nothing happens! When the flash done "loading" it just starts beeping (quietly, with the same high pitched sound as when it's loading) and the OK light doesn't light up.
Can somebody help me with this? Do I have to get a new flash or is it something that could be fixed? I've tried changing batteries but that didn't make any difference.
