Flowing Water

My family and I did a waterfall/downhill stream hike in Shenandoah National Park last month and I got to experiment with flowing water pictures. I think this is one of the better ones I took. Do I need a filter of some kind to still get the flowing effect without blowing the highlights (water)? CC is welcome.

hi.very nice shots.you could you use a nd filter for a more silky effect if thats what you like or a polarizer.even shoot at a different time of day ie dusk or really overcast.

i just got a nd filter, but dusk/night works just as well.
