Thanks, Ramirez and Stan!

Stan, this is one of so many creeks that flows into Sparks lake. The lake itself would be just 100-200 ft behind me.

Really nice. Looks like the horizon isn't quite level to me though, tilted a little to the right...

Thanks, stuman16!

The road goes slightly downhill at the bridge, so if you judge by it, it is not a very good point of reference. I will try to tilt it to the left so to see what it would look like. You can also process it the way you would like and post it back here... :)

Thanks, et. That is such a nice area to shoot, especially with that sunset. To me, the trees and posts look perpendicular, so I wouldn't change the "tilt" much at all.

Thanks, Eric and Mike!

Mike, I normally process most of my images a little darker, but this was an experiment. I am actually glad that someone is pointing this out. Thanks for the comment, and critique. :)

I drew a line to extend one of the trees to show what I mean. Normally trees go pretty straight up...

And this is the image rotated a bit ...

looks way nicer rotated :) that darn thing was giving me a head ache slightly tilted. Great colors, great shot. agree on the shot being slightly too bright... but its not enough to complain about with that... just lovely shot!

Thanks, folks for kind words and comments.

stuman16, thank you for straightening the horizon, and I have to say, I will need to go back and see how your edit compares with the "real thing" at the site. I agree that the trees look better with your edit, but now the road (that is normally slightly going downhill at that point) is too straight. Maybe it is only my perception, and it is possible that I am wrong. I appreciate your work and input here. :)
