Hōkūle`a was the middle child of 24 week, 3 day triplets. Her older brother, Helākoa, was born vaginally 9 hours prior and only lived for two hours. Hōkūle'a and her younger brother Nahoa were born by c-section later in the day. Nahoa only lived a day before passing.

Hōkūle`a is doing good for a 24 weeker. She's 3 weeks old tomorrow. She's pooping, she's off her ventilator and she gaining weight. Thank you Lord!

Kiapolo, thanks for the update, even though there is sadness, happiness and joy are still there for you both as well. Many things are sent to test us, so our thoughts are with you and our prayers are sent to you for our home in England at this crucial time.

My wife is 24 weeks pregnant now... our son is only 17months old next week. Your lovely little one has more hair now than our little boy did when he was born lol
