I'm new here. This thread convinced me to purchase the 50mm 1.8. I got it tonight and was so excited I was looking for anything I could take a photo of. I used to be in the military and made friends with a combat cameraman while on deployment. That's where I got the coin from. I know it's kind of a boring photo but I was really excited to use the lens!!
