^ Thanks Mike... The capture was pure luck... He was sitting on the beach talking to his Dad, pointing at the surfers in the water... I was obviously behind (left of) him, about 40 feet away... Someone called his name and he looked at that direction... I immediately saw his face/expression and took a couple of shots, thinking nothing of it...
When I got home to sort through the images, this one stood out considerably... I honestly didn't realize how much detail I got from his face; the water trickling down, his facial hair, his freckles, and those amazing eyes... Anyhoo... Chalk one up for luck with this shot...
