Thanks, mate! I was lucky: I bought my Minolta Rokkor with a custom-made EOS mount already installed. Someone did all the dirty work for me It basically works as a Canon manual focus lens. No infinity focus though, but that doesn't bother me - I got it for closeups and low-light portraits, so I don't need infinity.

So the MC / MD mount was disassembled and the EF mount installed instead? Do you think it's easy/hard to do? I am considering some Minolta MC / MD lenses, but I don't wanna use it with the adapter with glass (which will ruin the quality)...
