....Tried going for the 'Calvin Klein' look!

Here is a shot I took of my sister a while ago. Although I know there are some technical issues (I took this indoors with pop up flash..we were just playing about with make-up etc) I personally love this picture and wondered what others thought of it? When I am back in the UK I am hoping to work more with her again. Here is a link to some more pictures from the same session;

you dont need to put image tags around the flickr code.

As for the look. Calvin Klein is a little less contrasty. you've lost almost all the detail in the hair. I do like the image for what it is, but the Ck look is slightly off.

I think it is bad a**...Love it !

Checked out the whole set, nice job. There are a couple of really good ones. She's very photogenic!

Thanks for the comment. I understand it's not exactly Calvin Klein...I wrote that for a bit of fun. I would love to get more detail in the hair, I might go back and PP the image again, it's been a while since I have looked at this set. Thanks again!

Thank you! Yeah, I did it all with pop up flash and then played about in lightroom to make her look less washed out by the flash. She models full time and is so natural, a photographers dream! I am lucky to have her and her agency has actually used a couple of these pictures. I can't wait to visit her again now that I have a better idea of what I am doing and better equipment. It works out really well having a model as a sister, I can shoot her and some of her model friends for free

AH! I can't find the original file, I must have put it on my sister's computer. I am going to try and tone down the contrast a bit like OneEyedJack said, I think it could really help give it a dreamier/sexy feel as opposed to the grungier feel it has now. I will post the new one once she emails me back.

Oh and thank you for the tip about the image code, I was worried if I took anything out it wouldn't post. (I'm new to this forum world!)

I really like this one. I would have maybe cropped out a tad but thats me. Really good!
