Either (a) they got caught up in the moment and forgot their flash was pointing straight up, (b) they were triggering some remote ettl flashes or (c) they have no idea how to use an on board flash.

Scenario (c) is the most likely.

This may be a stupid question, but did the flashes actually fire?

I for one, always keep my flash pointed straight up with the bounce card/diffuser in place, when a flash is mounted but not in use.

Yes the flash was firing. I was in stands about 20 feet higher than the person so I could see it.

they can't get worse ;-)a

NHL in Winnipeg will survive this time... if there's one thing Toronto has shown us, you don't need a winning team to pack the arena every night in Canada!!!

I like the Devils. Not unless I get a press pass. They are strict about taking pro gear into the arena.

Sorry to hear that. I had hoped it would have been Phoenix as they should have never gone down there. No offence to the fine people down there. It is just not a hockey town.

They offered the Manitoba Moose of the AHL season ticket holders seats on Friday (a few weeks ago) first and they were gone by 11:00 am with a deposit for 4 more years. The rest went on sale on Saturday. They were sold out in 2 minutes and it took 15 minutes to process them. I believe you had to put a deposit down for an additional 3 year commitment. There is about a 3,000 person waiting list.

I did not get any but it was a very good year for me. I have been a Boston fan for over 40 years. We are back and here to stay this time.
