so i had a shoot scheduled today. it started to rain a bit as is normal for summer time Florida afternoons, my customer is now trying to back out of the shoot. what is the customer service friendly way to handle this?

Jun 26, 2011 08:38 | #3 lol, there was one, but i didnt want to make the customer do something they didnt feel comfortable doing. what i did was allow for a little extra time for the bad weather to pass through, this was the customer's idea, then i explained that due to ambient lighting limitations we would have to shorten the session. the pictures still came out pretty awesome!
