Florence is great for your 10-20 mm, the plaza, and the bridge
Pisa is the mandatory leaning tower and Rome, must see is sistine chapel and St Peter's basilica, plus the Coliseum, Forum and the fountains most popular is Trevi- three coins in the fountain scene, go to the Spanish steps while your mom shop at Via Condotti for Gucci.
