"Police officers used chainsaws and a tow truck..." Why not just call in a tree service company? Or public works?

Well during the Monsoon season we just get these massive storms, and we got quite a bit of rain last night, but it's still very dry here so there is a lot of loose dust that gets kicked up. It's rare to see a dust storm that big though.

Probably because they were there and needed to get it removed. I really have no idea though, probably just the tools most readily available.

it gets pretty dry here too but we don't have massive land here so we don't get dust storms at all... that's scary.. looks like a scene from the Mummy haha
