For that photo, yes, the kid's outfit is weird. It was part of a game, he's a fruit tree. I don't remember what I had the FEC set to, and I'm not finding it in the info attached to the file. My goal, when using flash, is to make it appear as though no flash is used (to the untrained eye of course). His face is a little dark because he was wearing a visor or something. That room is quite large and all the walls are blue, so only the ceiling is good for bouncing.

I know what I want to do with flash, getting it done right is the problem. At some point I'll get a flash bracket and have some more flexibility.

hahaha wow!!! I can't imagine not noticing it coz I always reverse the hood everytime I am done with the 70-200mm... even though I could fit it inside the Retro 30 with the hood extended

all in all I think its good..no really obvious visible reflection of the flash :D

my parents are usually up earlier than me...yes even if I wake up at around 5am :lol: they are traditional old school people that wakes up really early :lol:
