does Amazon have a physical presence in NJ? my preferred courier's office is in NJ...

from my understanding, if I buy both from B&H and Adorama, I get taxed if I have it sent to NJ... so Amazon too?

vipergts831 wrote in post #12768297 (external link)
I would double check to make sure. You will def find out when you place the order if it applies the tax.

tax is only applicable to the people whgo live in the state where the item is purchased, jake or me don't pay B&H tax :D

yeah but my courier (the one that let me skip paying import tax ;) ) has an office in NJ... and I get taxed if I shop at Helens. I just check and B&H seems to be tax free :D

when is it? today ? not sure... but we are experiencing some crazy rain here. I was quite worried when they contacted me at about 8pm tonight  good thing we were able to work something out :D

That flight cancellation was around the time of storm Falcon. She would've been stuck at the airport all night. PAL offered her 1000 pesos for a hotel for the night but she opted to go back to where she was staying at another relative's place (and kept the money ;)). She didn't get there til past midnight and then had to get back to the airport the next day around noon.

Storm there is in th "H" now... Hanna, right?
