For those that this may apply...

Do you have a link to your flickr (whether it be a personal or seperate business flickr) on your website?

Why or Why Not?

I don't. For me, Flickr is a repository of my photos. My website is a showcase of what I do in order to pull in clients.

I used to but I removed it because half of the pictures are older images and I don't have a pro account so I can't upload anymore. I also don't promote my Flickr site. I promote my website.

Good Points.

I would say that it largely depends on what you put on your Flickr. If your Flickr is all family and "for fun" pictures, then I don't see why would would mingle it with your professional work. If your Flickr is constantly updated and represents your most recent professional work (being indicative of what you would produce normally), then I would absolutely put it on there.

Little of both I think...

I'm just gonna keep 'em separate.

Flickr is just a dump site for photos I post here really. As nicksan said, my website is mainly for clients I would like to do business with.

I agree with most of the comments.

I still don't have Pro and I ended up removing all my old pictures to keep it clean on flickr and start over. So far so good, but what I still want to use flickr to showcase on places like here, I still wouldn't want potential clients (not that I have any yet) to see.

I would still use flickr though, but instead API's to link pictures from my website posts so that I don't have to worry about image management. I get nicely resized photos through flickr that don't lose their sharpness.
