Personally think that your collection has covered almost all the possible focal length in any event.

I am leaving towards the 100 2.8L IS. Thought it would be nice to have an image stabilized telephoto and a macro. I noticed in your sig that you have this? How is it for portraits?

I've got 3 Canon macro lens; 60mm, 100mm and 100mm L. I find the 100's are a little long for portraits on a crop body, the 60 works well and is inconspicuous when you want it to me. On a FF body the 100 is fine, but it's not invisible. There is no IQ difference that I can see between the two 100's.

Are you shooting professionally?

If so, and if you have to ask, you shouldn't be.

If not, what are you trying to achieve by adding another lens?

You need a fast (<f/2.8) prime. Your sig says you have the 50 f/1.4 (though your post suggests you don't). If you do in fact have the 50 f/1.4, then I'd say go either with a fast wide angle prime (24L mkII) or the Sigma 85 f/1.4.

Unless you're doing a lot of macro work, I'd think a good set of Kenko extension tubes, a tripod, and a shutter release cable would get you what you want for a whole lot less than the 100 f/2.8L IS.

I voted for Canon 85/1.8... what you lack is a larger aperture lens for nice soft backgrounds in portraits. Sure, you can get pretty good effect with the f2.8 zooms.

I haven't used the Sigma 85/1.4... seems intriguing. I might try one some time. But I'm not rushing, since the Canon 85/1.8 works quite nicely for me, and is half the price.

Get a set of macro extension tubes to use with either 24-70 (which is already pretty close focusing) or 70-200... That will take care of your close-up/macro needs.

Its very, very sharp :), if a bit on the long side(on crop), but i use it alot for portraits, i also use the 70-200 for portraits.
