I dont see how wedding is any different to a normal portrait session.

What exactly did you need help with? What gear to use? What lighting?
Shouldnt you know all this already before doing a wedding gig? Im assuming its a wedding gig since you posted in here.

We can give you thousands of tips.. but what exactly are you after?

With the gear you got use the 50mm or 70-200 for portrait shots.

Honestly, might as well bring everything with you. You'll need the T2i just in case your 5D2 goes kaput. It's also convenient having a second body.

Do you have a flash? You'll probably need one for fill flash, etc.

I would say for portraits, 50mm. The 70-200 at the longer focal lengths will give you some nice compression as well.

The most important thing is make them feel comfortable and free.

Did you lose Digital Photo Professional (DPP)? Get it here (external link). Cursing at your worse-than-a-map reflector? Check out this vid! (external link)

Passion outshines technicalities.

Don't fidget with your stuff, don't inhibit their moment, just capture THEM.

Hopefully you know your gear enough so you dont have to fidget.

Keep the background simple and preferably at a distance well beyond your DOF. Open shade is nice to avoid harsh facial shadows. If you can, try to have an assistant present to handle a reflector panel to fine tune the subject lighting. Stay calm, work deliberatly and good luck.
