Im currently converting RAW to JPEG by doing any resizing/adjustments, converting to JPEG then sharpening the JPEG.
Should I be doing any resizing/adjustments and then sharpen before I convert to JPEG?

This would save you from a "double jpeg compression" and so prvent any needless loss. Test things out for yourself -- you may be happy with just a quick sharpen and convert out of your Raw processing, or you may want to go more elaborate and maybe more carefully. Tony
