There was a humorous piece on the Guardian UK's web site about a clumsy photoshopping job done on a "news" photo.

There are many instances of really bad "photo enhancements" going around. But the Floating Chinese Officials example is so nuanced that nobody but a Photoshop professional would ever notice. :-)
