I only have 8 birds left that I was unable to ID myself. I apologize for the multiple posts and appreciate your help greatly. All taken around Galveston, Tx. Here are the first 2

Number 1 of the second series looks to be a nonbreeding adult "Gull-billed Tern". Number 4 looks to be a Caspian Tern in the background and maybe a non-breeding adult Common Tern in the forefront.

The tern in front is Forster's. Common would have a dark carpal bar.
