Went to Wicklow this morning, still don't have a tripod or any filters yet but this is what I came away with.

(I think I prefer taking landscapes in the portrait orientation.)

I'm usually not a fan of people bumping threads but I'd love some feedback as this was only my second time doing landscrapes. Maybe if a mod could move this to the Critique Corner forum, I probably should have posted it there in the first place?

Overall, they are quite nice.

Having something in the foreground to give the scene more depth sometimes helps. It doesn't seem like there was much up there except some rocks, and you used them when you could. Perhaps trying to get a lower perspective and being closer to the biggest rocks might have worked to accentuate the depth.

Making the sky a bit darker, either with filters or post-processing would suit me better, but that may just be my bias.

As with all photography, composition is very important. Sometimes with wide scenics the viewer can get lost it you haven't given thought to where you want his eye to travel through the scene, and where you want it to end up.

The first and fourth showcase the landscape for me.Not liking the lake being cut off mid section.Colors look wonderful, and lighting is quite nice.

you're a great friend, but if Zombies chase us, I am tripping you.
