I'm the official event photographer. It is my first one. It is hall, outside, chapel, outside and diningroom. I only have the equipment set out below.

Take both cameras with their lenses and beg, borrow, buy an ETTL flash + spare batteries. A spare flash would be good as would be a flash bracket.
