Just because the sun was out .....

1 & 2 - Lincoln Cathedral - There is a great shot to be had here however as yet I haven't found it. In the meanwhile these will have to do

3. The Cathedral again - this time the west facing main entrance . The detail in the stone work is very impressive.

4. The other version of this I have is on a dark and wet day - very gothic.

5. Impressive front Door - or is it the back. Who knows and what happened to the lamp post ??

6. Change of location to Brimham Rocks near Ripon in Yorkshire. Not too far from Joe Cornish's gallery which if you are in that part of the world should be on your "to do list" plus it is free !

7. Markingfield Hall (south of Ripon).

Any CC always welcomed, but there was no real reason for all of these just that the sun was out (and this being England doesn't last for long ....)
